Hey sorry to thread steal, I have a 2010 ram sport 4x4 hemi at the moment. I just blew the transmission in it and I am looking to rebuild it much much stronger and get some more out of this truck.

I am running a ripp supercharger, DSP tuner, mufflex 18, looking at getting some cat forward headers and possible cam in the future.

As for a torque converter stall I was looking at a 3000rpm. Is this going to be beneficial to me, my truck is a daily driver, but I do hot rod around in it from time to time.

Any suggestions? I really am new to this torque converter idea.

You should buy an ATS trans/tq converter. It has a 5 year warranty.

Did you modify the RIPP kit to run more boost or are you running it just as they sent it to you??

Just as they sent it to me. The truck makes an insane amount of power with the supercharger setup, I think on a truck with stock rims and tires it would have lasted longer.

As we speak I am putting in a used transmission to get me around until I rebuild mine, just trying to figure out what parts to use and what torque converter and stall. I ordered a set of yukon 4.56 gears so I am half way there lol.

will be ordering an ATS Triplelok next week with a stall in the 2600 rpm neighborhood. final stall will be decided on after the dyno session.

Took your advice and ordered an ATS Triplelok aswell. But as for the tranny I am still undecided.

You should do ATS or talk to MGH about his custom setup.....PM him or CHVYKLR about it.
