ok few questions:

Can you tell from what side when the radio is off and windows up? Or is it louder when your windows are down? Is it happening at a certain speed?

If its a rattle off the bat turn of the truck check your fan to make sure your clutch isnt going bad. You can also lift up the truck grab each tire and shake it back and forth. Look at your linkages for the front steering. Check your shocks press down on each fender to hear if there squeeking. Any of your pullies would make the noise immediately if they are going bad. Check all your vaccum lines from end to end to make sure they are connected with no cuts.
