Default Heater Blend door help

Can someone post some pictures and a simple how-to on how to fix the blend door? I have no heat currently but my heater hoses are hot to the touch so i am thinking its my blend door or the cold/hot controls. If anyone else has a suggestion, i am all ears.

Any pics of how to get to the blend door and what to be looking for would be a great help.

Thanks.

I totally agree
Heatertreater has videos that take you step by step thru trouble shooting
& also if you view those 3 videos, you can also see how some other people jury rigged their own things to work, all on youtube

The videos I think are for 3rd gen rams only? Not sure if its the same setup in a 99. They still have solutions for your generation of ram there though.

Thumbs up

I just wanted to chime in and say that I found this thread and checked out heatertreater. They did not have a product for a durango when I inquired, but a couple months later they contacted me and told me they had a new universal solution called the heater core regulator. If you are having any blend door problems check them out for sure, saved me a lot of time and money.
