Default Anyone have JBA header results 0-60,etc

I have read numerous threads, but I haven't seen anyone comment with hard numbers for either 0-60 , 1/4 mile results after installing the JBA headers.

the ceramic JBAs are really nice. If you haven't heard JBA is now working on a longtube which will be a nice alternative to the more expensive (but also nice) American Racing L/Ts.
To answer your question I don't think anyone has just installed the JBA shorties and then dyno'd or recorded times. Seems like other mods were done at the same time.

I appreciate the feedback. I've been trying to decide my next mod and was hoping for some kind of numbers. I see most have gained about .4 with a converter, but I need gears the most. I'm running 3.21 peg leg now and I really want to go to 3.92's or 4.10's with LSD. Somewhere in that mix I want headers.....just don't know which order.

I have to sell my dakota r/t before I can do the gears though. I'm out of garage space too.

I have neither track times nor dyno numbers but...after a lifetime of hot rodding, I can verify that the combination of 3K stall, 4.10 LSD, JBA headers, Vararam intake, and 91 octane non-ethanol (w/o a tuner) absolutely transformed my 2011 Ram into a potent street brawler that launches hard on drag radials and pulls strongly through the gears. I am not saying this to boast but rather to confirm the effect these few select mods can have on performance. There is some controversy about the benefits of short tube headers but the JBA's do synergize well with a high-stall torque converter, resulting in the beastly nature I described. In other words, these bolt-on parts flat work!!! Good luck with your project.

^^^ that's my plan as well. Although I'm on 3.55's. anyone notice that AA doesn't carry the ceramic JBA's any more? Is it that much better than the stainless?

Mike, with you running 3.21's and an open diff, you are going to see more of a gain from a limited slip and 4.10's than you would from a set of shorties. Gears are going to cost a little more since you also need the LSD, but it will completely transform your truck.

I would do gears way before headers in this case.

Thanks guys. I know gears and LSD would be the right move at this point. As soon as I clear some garage space, it will be a done deal. I really appreciate everyones comments. You all rock!
