Default 2012 LARAMIE CREW LEVELLED w BILSTEIN 5100s pics

Levelled! Bilstein 5100s Front and Rear. Front set at 2.1 .

Measured ground to fender lip
Before
front drivers side was 36 1/4" After 38 3/8"
front pass side was 35 7/8" After 38 1/4"
Rear is 39 1/2"

The ride is much improved - a bit stiffer but feels more responsive.
NO WOBBLE!
All in all....

Tires and wheels filed under category... "EVENTUALLY"... along with several other mods...

Is this perfect level at 2.1? If you could do it again would you go 2.7 if alignment and possible wobble was not an issue?

I dont think so - not for me .. My truck is my everyday commuter and I have no intention of putting giant wheels or tires on.... I am probably going to put 285 60or65 20 Good Year Wrangler Duratracs on with maybe a slightly less offset wheel... I just liked the look of level.... and with my airbags in the back.. it sits perfect.... and tows my boat flawlessly.

Looks awesome!! Any chance you can provide the part number you used. I am searching online and there are a few options. I like the way your truck sits and that is exactly the look I am going for. Just to confirm all you did was change the front shocks? Any advice is appreciated.

I should also mention my truck is 2WD, does that matter?

P.S. I plan on putting 22in rims also if that makes a difference.

bilstein 5100 adjustable struts done work with 2 wheel drives, about the only option level a 2 wheel drive without doing a full lift is to use coil spacers

Thanks
