What is the inlet / outlet for the mufflers? I have 05 1500. didn't know if it would make a difference on year..

on my 07' i used a 3" but im not sure about an 05'... they might be the same...?

if it fits a 07 it should fit a 08. I am planning to get the duels

..if your lightly modded, stick with a 3" single in/3" single out muffler to maintain low-end performance..

I havent measured the pipes so I dont know whats going in and out now. Is all I need is a muffler and she'll be ready to rock and roll. Just from looking my stock tailpipe doesnt seem to be 3" now, so I guess I would need a cat back exhaust system and have someone weld it? Like I said before I really know nothing about exhaust's. Also, I was letting the truck warm up before work and noticed my exhaust drip isnt coming out of the tail pipe its coming from the back end of my catylitic converter? Im about 99% sure it shouldnt be, but I always thought if you had a leak there you would know by sound. Please help
