I would think that if you really want a lot of low end power, an intake, full exhaust (long tube headers with high-flow or no cats, and then a cat back), and a new cam would be the way to go. You'd definitely need a custom tune to get the most out of that setup.

As for a programmer, I'd go with the Predator. Even with a custom tune, you still retain the flexibility to fine tune some parameters, and the data logging can help with that (or even if you don't use it to tweak stuff, the logging can be fun).

I agree...the logging is alot of fun..alot of stuff i don't understand but once i give it to the tuners they can pretty much do almost anything to tweak the performance of the truck.. in terms of NA performance, I have pretty much all the 'bolt-ons' you can do and have one of the fastest na qc's around... this is the order that I would take to get you there... Diablo Predator, BFI, cat back exhaust (mine is true dual 3" piping to dual 3" cutouts to dual in/single out muffler dumped over axle), 180 tstat, efan, gears (mine are 4.10's), tq verter, lt headers, cat deletes, cam, heads, custom tune.. have a shift kit but I don't think that would help..
