Default leak

The storage under the back seats of my 2005 ram quad cab is getting water in it. could this be leaking in from the rear window or the seam between the roof and C piller where the short black piece is? what is the fix and how do I take the C pillar trim panels off if I need to get in there.

most of the posts that i have read about a leak, seem to be coming from the 3rd brake light, the seal is not very good
that is not saying that your window seal is not the problem

That was my first thought to but after taking the light out I saw no indication of water going in there and the seal was pretty tight. Also the water only gets into the passenger side compartment.

Spray it down good with your garden hose and see if you can find the leak.
