Are you talking about the bulb that lights up the switch that controls the headlights?

If so..it's fairly easy to get to it..

All you have to do is pry the dash board off. Using your hands you should be able to just pull the dash off..there are roughly 8 or so places that the dash snaps into place. All you have to do is pull he dash away (be careful not to crack the dash! I did so on mine..)

Then the headlight switch assembly will be screwed in with I think it's 3 screws..I can't remember exactly. Unscrew those screws, and the assembly will come out. Then it's just a matter of pulling the assembly apart and putting in a new bulb...I haven't ever done this, so I'm not sure exactly how it goes.

However, here in the next couple of days I'm expecting to get some LED bulbs in the mail, and when I do, I will be swapping out my old bulbs for LED's so in a few days I should be able to help more..

Feel free to shoot me a PM if you want some pictures of how the dash comes off or anything like that. I'd be glad to help!
