Yep. i tried other orientation too. Pocket, Cup holder, Little spot in front of the center console. Connected via USB to charge or not. no difference. Just crazy hit or miss.

I am in Calgary and just bought a new ram sport with the 8.4AN and have similar issues with my Galaxy S2. It'll connect to the phone part no prob. But steaming audio is hit miss and drops off unexpectedly at random intervals. Dealer didn't have much to offer on problem other then to re flash the radio. I called uconnect they xfered me to dodge who told me they are upgrading the software to fix this problem with no known release date as yet.
I've found that if you connect to the paired audio sources in the menu it Stays connected, but it's a pain to do this every time I get into the truck.
