volant with powercore filter in my 06 4.7 is LOUD above 2500rpm and lost some low end.. I covered the the 2 holes that suck most of the air in and now its alot quieter and I got the lowend back. I can definitely feel it pull harder in the upper RPM's.. I run a SC with the 87 tune.

Grubrunner,

I've seen in another thread that I could just order the CAI from S&B for the 5.7s and use it on my 4.7 by using a coupler, think I should do that?
