Default 2013 ram speaker upgrade?

hey guys, looking for input into stock speakers in the 2013 ram. ordered a sport with upgraded stereo and wanting to know how the stereo sounds. thinking about putting the mtx thunderfoam box under the back seats.says it is for ram 2002-2012. any changes on the 2013? 2-10s and an amp should be suffice? let me know about the 6x9's in door too please- thanks

I got a new ram with the alpine system and i like it so far. But if your looking at the thunderfoam boxes. Google foxx acoustics aka foxx box.

it is much the same system as the 09-12 rams... however there is much more punch in the base and the eq is way better. the sound is great for my liking

I think that it depends on the radio that you got with your 2013
I believe that you could have 1 of 4 media centers, R1, R2, R3, or R4
R4 has HD radio
All radios can have a Optional remote CD/DVD player installed in the seat console, it is no longer in the radio

I have the upgraded alpine system and the head unit with the nav. Stereo cranks. I had 2 10" subs in boxes in my cummins, and this system has plenty of bass for me. Everything is so clear, I'm not touching it one bit.

Default Not enough for me

Picked up my 2013 bighorn yesterday. I am very disappointed in the sound of the stereo. I like the functionality of the head unit but the sound is flat. Already made an appointment to get new speakers, amp and subs installed next week. That should fix it.
