whenever i idle my engine temperture constantly increases but as soon as im moving it goes down to 180.....i just put a new thermostat in and nothing changed, anybody have a clue what it could be?

Sounds like the fan clutch, get one from NAPA.

Checked it and It wasn't a fan clutch

Did you install a stock 195 degree? Did you bench test it before the install? I used to just drop them in and not test but since I have read about all the ones that fail or not function at the proper temperature I now test them all before installing.
