There are more tricks to that Ram than just the folding mirrors. It's RIGHT HAND DRIVE!

Good eye Highlandchef,
I wonder if the are a European market option?? I don't understand why these aren't available through the Dodge dealer network? Seems like many of the members here would buy them in a hurry. With the mirrors extended I have 1 1/4 inches clearance on each side of the truck pulling into my garage.

They are standard on the 2013 Sport & Laramie models. I have seen them in action on both Rams I test drove so they are out now. Sucks though if you get the larger towing mirrors, they have manual folding. That's the only thing keeping from getting the larger mirrors. I will be folding mine in to back into my garage.

My guess is it's an aftermarket kit of some kind. My understanding is the Rams shipped overseas are pretty much the same as we have here. There are firms that make the changes to bring them to the different country regulations. The right-hand drive is custom by the way and can cost upwards of $20,000.

But this is a 3rd gen. I've never heard anyone with power folding on a those.

I stopped in at a local dealer today to see if they were available throught the parts dept. They are listed and "power multi-function mirrors", and they can be yours for only $650... Each! Not to mention the new switches/panel you need to go along with them. Im thinking you would be in for $1500 easy, before you were done converting.
