Default 05 ram 1500 rim question

I have a 05 ram 1500 reg cab short box daytona edition. I'm looking at a set of 20x10 rockstar rims. Want to put 35x12.5 tires on it, I'm taking the body kit off and putting a leveling kit on it. What dimensions would I need for the rims, I know a 5x5.5 bolt pattern but what offset and back spacing?? I want the tires to stick out a little past the wheel wells, not way past. What would I need? And and link to the products would help a lot, thanks all

Looks like according to their website http://www.kmcwheels.com/wheels-app-guide-result/# for a 20" wheel you're looking at 20x8.5 +10mm offset.
They will fit almost like stock with 15mm of inner clearance and extend outward by 3mm..
