it there a way to polish the 20'' clads instead of plastic dip them

Windex/SimpleGreen/409 then apply synthetic wax. The clad wheel covers are epoxied on the wheel so be carefull not to damage them with polish. (plastic and polish = no shine)

I use Tech Wax 2.0 on my truck... I also use it on the wheels after she's had a bath...

any decent synthetic wax should do the trick for you
