well there goes that theory. I asked because I was digging deep for a theory, probably over thinking it, but I was almost wondering if I have tuned and retuned so many times that I might have "confused" the computer somehow. I've never messed with any parameters but I bounce between the 3 canned tunes on the Diablo a lot, depending on gas prices! I've seen RamTech's posts before and he's got a good a chance of sending us in the right direction than anyone, though I sure welcome anyone else's input.

I have the same tick from the lower left. except mine is continuous and goes away after 20 mph. Kind of sounds like someone did the ole zip tie around the drive shaft trick on me but couldn't find anything when I looked?

Only thing I can think of is the hill assist. I know most the trucks come with it. It keeps the brakes applied for I think 2 seconds or until you apply throttle. So that could be a relay making that sound. Just my theory.

hill assist is off on my truck...but maybe the relay for that option still cycles?

thats a good conclusion!

Hmmm...interesting theory, that one never even dawned on me. Any guesses as why the clicking got a lot more noticeable over the last couple months? That's why I was thinking my DS programmer might have messed something up along the way. Definitely some kind of correlation between the throttle, brake, and clicking noise I'm hearing.
