Default Make a 2wd 95 handle better

Ok guys what can I do to make this thing handle better already planing a drop and looking for sway bar's (hopeing to get lucky and find a rear sway bar off a junk yard truck I can make work) what eles is thier. I'm trying to have some fun my goal for the final project is to have a truck that can run low 14's @ 100 mph and out road course a svt lightning. looking to put out 350 bhp before the 100 shot. Straight line stuff won't be a big deal but the handling stuff has me lost. I have always lifted trucks so other than a ranger (just cut springs). I'm kinda stumped pluss all searches lead to lifts so help pleas.

New lowering springs, all new urethane suspension and steering bushings, inspect and replace any worn components, adjustable shocks, wider tires and wheels, negative camber in the alignment...
