I am getting ready to order a topper and I am thinking about switching my rear window out for one with a sliding window so the kids can access a bag or something behind them. How big of a deal is this? looks like ebay has some rear windows for 300 or so. We do get some bad weather, is the lack of a defroster a big deal with a cap? Will I need a seal if it is open at highway speeds?
i don't know too much about sliding windows except what i have read on here
make sure you get everything that goes with the sliding window, especially if you get the electric sliding one, like on my truck.
cables, wiring, rubber seal, motor, etc.
then have a very good auto glass shop install it
