I'm considering saving up for a new lift kit hopefully by next spring so I can do some more off-roading. Has anyone had any experience with the Rancho 4" lift for the 2002-05 ram's? I'm hoping it'll give me enough clearance to throw some 35's under there and not worry about getting in a pinch. Thanks
I can't say I've dealt with this particular kit but Rancho makes pretty good stuff. Have you looked into other brands yet such as Superlift or Skyjacker?
Well, Skyjacker does make a 6 inch lift, but it's a little more expensive and 4" is enough lift for me without having nerf bars. But, Superlift offers a 4-5" lift kit that is about $100-200 cheaper and has bilstein shocks. Thanks for the tip.
Rancho makes good stuff but you really can't go wrong with any of them. Here's a list of brands I've used and liked so far. Rancho, Skyjacker, Superlift, RCD, Trailmaster and Daystar level kit. I've had friends that are very happy with Fabtech also.
Man go with the superlift 5" kit if it comes with bilsteins!!!
Or check out Rough Country, i have there 5" kit, with 35's no rubbing issues! paid $1300 canadian for it!
