Thinking about buying a 6" rough country for my 2011 dodge ram 1500, but i heard from some of my friends they know guys with rough country lifts and having trouble front end trouble, I this true, i like to hear from u guys that have the same lift.:Wow1:
I would recommend looking at the Zone kits rather than the Rough Country. Rough Country recently changed their kit to have rear coil spacers rather than lift coils. The Zone kit has the option of 3" or 5" rear lift coils which is a much better option.
hi they still give u new rear coils spring of just give u spacers for factory coils. what do u find it like on fuel with the lift kit . u have a picture u can send me of your truck lifted.
Yes, they've recently (within the last few months) changed their kits to only provide rear coil spacers now rather than lift coils. macc08 just talked to Rough Country last week to confirm as he was going to go with their kit as well.
The lift kit won't change your fuel milage much at all. It's the larger tires to go with the kit that will really affect your mileage.
