Can you tell me if the oil, transmission, and axle has synthetic?

Your Owners manual reads & what the dealership would service your vehicle with ...
You could walk into the Dealers Parts Dept, take a can off of the shelf & read it

Engine Oil Viscosity — 3.6L/5.7L Engines (1500
Models Only)
MOPAR® SAE 5W-20 engine oil approved to Chrysler
Material Standard MS-6395 or equivalent Pennzoil® or
Shell Helix
® is recommended for all operating temperatures.
This engine oil improves low temperature starting
and vehicle fuel economy.
The engine oil filler cap also shows the recommended
engine oil viscosity for your vehicle. For information on
engine oil filler cap location, refer to “Engine Compartment”
in “Maintaining Your Vehicle” for further information.
NOTE: MOPAR® SAE 5W-30 engine oil approved to
Chrysler Material Standard MS-6395 may be used when
SAE 5W-20 engine oil meeting MS-6395 is not available

MS-6395 standard is exceeded in Pennzoil Platinum Plus Full Synthetic

Currently, the Motor Oils that meet the Chrysler Specs are:

Synthetic motor oil
• Pennzoil Platinum
• Royal Purple
• Castrol Edge
• Halvoline Synthetic
• Quaker State Ultimate Durability

Conventional motor oil
Pennzoil (Yellow Bottle) is likely what came in your Ram
• Quaker State Advanced Durability
• Valvoline (White Bottle)

Many other motor oils could pass the Specs, but they don't want to jump through all the hoops that Chrysler sets,
Mainly the 2 year Field Study to get Certified is what keeps them from being Certified

the official reason is Mobil has not completed the two year field study mandated by the standard. Experts in the motor oil field are unanimous in their belief that Mobil 1 will have no trouble in securing the certification but until then owners looking to keep their fills compliant with MS-6395 (which might or might not have warranty implications) will need to seek other products.
