Drove my new sport home from the dealer, a 753 mile trip. the last 147 miles have been putting around the city. I hate typing so this review is more like my likes and dislikes.
WHAT I LOVE.
1. the white sport with sport hood has to be the most stylish truck on the road.
2. the air suspension makes for a smooth ride. Its just fun to play with. offroad 2 has a max speed of 25mph, offroad 1 is 45-50 MPH, so it can look lifted a bit if you are driving in the city.
WHAT I LIKE
1. the interior is the best in a truck hands down.
2. the leather with white stitches set it apart.
3. the media console and screen. i only wish it was slightly angled towards the driver.
4. the room in the back seat and fold flat floors.
WHAT I DONT LIKE
1. the door looks look like cheap plastic. not the controls, the actual lock. it looks like it belongs in the lower models. once you pay for leather you should get all premium accessories.
2. the navigation responsiveness is great but the Garmin system is annoying. navigating through the system seems hard. learning it im sure will help later.
3. the fold flat floor legs seam cheap.
WHAT GROWING ON ME
1. the shift knob, definitely a learning curve but its growing on me.
2. the short bed, long bed would be better for use but the short bed is sharp.
If you guys have any question about the sport, ill do my best to answer them. if you need measurement or anything just ask. i just put new rims on and plasti dipped all chrome, i'll post pics shortly
Thanks for the review, I am still waiting for mine, but will look similar, only difference is no ramboxes and I have the moonroof. What an awesome looking truck! Glad to hear you like it.
I dont have ram boxes....i opted out of the moon roof because it was 900 bucks, instead i skipped the moon roof and got the air ride. make sure you post pics when you get your truck...
the tires are goodyear dura track 285/60/20 rims are fuel 20x9 nutz.
i have a ever so slight rub on full left turn lock but not the right side...i cant figure it out yet but it really is so minor.. the offset is +1 no spacers. im painting my fender flares myself now so those will be on in a few weeks.
It's the square lump in the left side wheel well. Behind it is a connector. It might be for the air-suspension since I have it too. My rub is pretty bad though with my 275 65R20 BFG All-Terrain TA ko tires but only in entry position. I'm thinking about finding away to pull the liner back a bit so it doesn't make such an obnoxious growl when I turn left in entry position.
Truck is sharp. I just turned 45,000 on my 2011 and it is the best on the road-hands down. Great style and drives like a charm. Looking to buy a 2014 as soon as they come out. Will no doubt order a duplicate and add air ride and the 8 speed. Has anyone heard when the new models will be available?
I like everything but the wheels I would have left the stock wheels on or powder coated them, but I am not a fan of aftermarket wheels. Your right the white is beautiful. I would have a white truck if my wife didn't hate it so much.

Whats with or why the front license plate? totaly wrecks the look of it. I like everything else about it. BTW did you plasti dip the front and rear ram badges? if so did you take em off first or did you do it right on the truck?
The dealer in Idaho screwed to front plate bracket because its law to have front plates up there. I went to take it off and there are 4 holes where they screwed it in. It sucks so I guess I have to put a front plate on. Haven't registered it yet. As for the plasti dip I left everything one. It so easy to work with u don't have to debadge it. Any spray over can be wiped with a micro fiber cloth. Just tape it good. It's easy
Any update on the tire rubbing? Is it only in entry mode? I want that tire and size and have air ride on a sport being delivered this week. Is there any issue with rubbing in aero mode when it lowers at highway speeds?
Thanks and looks sharp!
A few guys told me what it is...I'll look into more when I get home from work and keep you updated... It really is a minor rub, nothing to concern yourself with....get the tire if you want them, it nothing to worry about...the rub is only when I lock the wheel left, which I hardly do
I forgot to say anything about the 8speed in my original post..... Well I love it, it shift so smooth I can barely feel it...if it wasn't for the engine sound I wouldn't know it shifted from 2nd to 3rd.. It's impressive
