How much did you pay for your 2014

Posted this in the 2013 thread. Try to give as much details as possible, including rebates, whether price is before or after taxes, if a trade was involved, and so on. Seeing what others are paying for their trucks gives everyone a good idea of what kind of deals are possible. The 2013 thread was very helpful to me!

2014 Ram 1500 Tradesman Quad Cab 2WD, with the 3.6 V6, 8 speed auto, plus a few options. MSRP $32600...price paid before taxes and dealer doc. fee $26,500. This included a $1000 rebate that I think everyone qualifies for plus an additional $500 rebate. Was told by the sales manager that I paid $1000 below employee pricing , after the $1000 rebate was figured in. While only $6100 off you have to remember that it wasn't a very expensive truck to begin with (MSRP $32600) and it comes to a discount of 19%, which to me is the more important number than how many dollars you got off. Paying a little more for a 2014 was worth it for me.

I always go through the internet sales guy. Usually the best deal without the hassle from what I've seen.

2014 2500 Laramie CC with Cummins. List 60,410, discounted 9k to 51,410.

Gave me 17.8k on my 2005 GMC 2500HD with Duramax. 118k miles.

So 33.6k price plus sales tax, doc fees and accessories.

I was OK with that price and have a very nice new truck under warranty that will last a long time. RAM sure stepped up the game with the latest gen.

2014 Ram 1500 Big Horn 5.7 Hemi w. 8 speed transmission, 4X4
I didn't want sun roof and leather
List: CAD 53,950
I don't have a break-down of the discounts.
Total sale price: $42,600
Traded in a 2002 Ford F350 diesel for $6500
Added Navigation, back-up camera, under coating, Tax, blabla.. and got an extra $1500 discount. It was a discount for everyone who traded in a truck or SUV.
Out of the door price: CAD 37.242-
It bought it from Big Lakes Dodge, High Prairie, AB
I drove 5 hours, but it worth it. Local dealers couldn't get near, plus I got to see my good friends up there.

2014 Reg Cab Express 2wd with black express package, 3.92's with lsd, 5.0 ucconect with BT and back up camera, 6spd. Think tgatbwas all the options. Sticker was $29,780. Paid $24, 758 otd with TT&L and other dealer bs fee's. I missed one $500 rebate because I didn't want to finance it with Chrysler since their rate was several percent higher than my CU. Although I don't even beluve sticker price on the window is accurate because their was another dealer I was working with and their truck was $29, 980 with same options minus the black express package which is like a $1500 option. Seemed like the sticker prices went up and down. I saw ec
Xpress reg cabs with nothing and they were about the same price.

Dodge Ram Sport

Hello all ...I enjoy this Forum.

I am considering buying a new 2014 1500 Crew Cab Ram Sport 4x4
One of the Options for a dealer close buy has this sticker

http://www.chrysler.com/hostd/windowsticker/getWindowStickerPdf.do?vin=1C6RR7MT1ES136845

What would be a good Purchase Price for this vehicle.
The Internet Price says $39,295 after Rebates
The Dealership in Lakeland says they have a $998 Dealer fee
Id love to get some opinions on Negotiations, I was completely screwed the first time I purchased a new vehicle and would like to avoid further occurrences' of such.

That price of 39,295 is right in line with my dealer here in Minneapolis. 14% off MSRP isn't bad.

So it really depends on what fee's are added to the 39,295 for the final price.

2014 R/T - RCSB. $38,175 MSRP, Paid $28,995 plus TT&L or 24% off list. The dealer knocked $5930 off MSRP and there was 3 rebates from Ram (including the $500 Military) One of them was $1250 to finance with Chrysler. APR was 3.99 (as low as they go), I'll pay it off in a few months.
I traded in my 2009 Mercedes CLK550 for $18,500k which was within $1k of what KBB said.

When I was shopping in June, The 3 best deals I found on the Big Horn model was 20%, 24% and 27% off msrp. Only one of those was a haggle deal, the 20%. The other 2 were advertised prices. The haggle dealer said it was a scam (I wanted him to price match)....it wasn't, I went in and bought the truck for 24% off msrp which was about 10,000K off.

Big Horn CC w/ Hemi/8spd, bench seat, spray-in bed liner, and painted/polished wheels.

$40,390 - MSRP of (including tint)

$28,750 - Final purchase price before TTL (adds about 11% in my neck of the woods) - no trade included in the transaction (don't think I'll ever be able to get rid of my old 1990 Toyota pickup)

$11,640 in discounts comprised of $6000 in Chrysler rebates and negotiated dealer reduction of $5640. Autonation also included 3 years of maintenance (oil changes and tire rotations). I was happy with the deal and it was quick and easy as all negotiation happened through e-mail. Had to purchase up in Phoenix because Tucson dealers didn't want to play ($33k before TTL was the best deal i was offered down here)

Hi guys, new guy to the forum! I ran across this thread searching the net for what prices people are paying for their new trucks. I'm looking into getting into something new. Currently I'm driving a 2006 1500 Big Horn, 5.7 quad cab 4x4 short bed. It's been good to me as my 2 previous rams before that have been (minus repairs). I'm a member of a similar forum. There are a lot of good threads and I found here!

Anyways. I found a truck I want. It's a 2014 ram 1500 Sport CC short bed with leather, nav, sunroof, plastic bed liner, dealer installed side steps and trifold tonneau, heated and ventilated seats... you get the gist. Pretty well loaded. MSRP is a little over $49,000. Turns out this is a managers demo which has 6500 miles on it give or take. They dropped it on the Internet to a little over $42000. Now it's a 14 and the 15's are starting to pop up. I'm curious to what some of you with knowledge and experience think about what I can offer??

NADA says my truck is around average $9800 on trade in with 132,000 miles. (Someone i know just traded his 06, same truck, with 150,000 miles and got $9000). I get a discount from grand parents, might finance through USAA. I've done a ton of research on when to buy, how to haggle, have friends that sell cars, but I want your opinions. It is greatly appreciated!

2014 Ram Laramie CC 4x4 6.4 bed

Hey everyone!
I love telling the story of how I got my Ram. MSRP on truck was $48,795. Found truck on Ebay at Steve White Motors. Called and spoke with a salesman, very friendly, no pressure. I wanted to trade my 2011 Ford Flex. I was amazed, they asked me two questions regarding Flex. On a scale of 1-10 rate interior and exterior. That was all. Bottom line is they gave me $17.5k for my Flex which was $375 over payoff, delivered the truck to my driveway from N. Carolina & drove Flex back, gave me 72 month 0% financing and the final price (including IL tax) was $43,657.
I LOVE the truck and would HIGHLY recommend Steve White Motors.
Looking at finance doc it also shows $2500 in rebates, I work at DuPont and received an additional $695.50 discount through some corporate program with Chrysler.
The window sticker shows options as:
Leather-Trimmed seats
Heated 2nd row seats
Full length floor console
Customer Preferred Package 26H
Trailer Tow Mirror and Brake Control Group
3.92 Rear Axle Ratio
Anti-Spin Diff Rear Axle
Single Disc Remote CD Player
P275/60/R20 OWL All Season Tires
Remote start system

I've added a Truxmart trifold bed cover and SS nerf bars.

Curious as to what y'all think? Good deal???
