Looking at doing a Bedliner and didn't know people's preference line-x, rhino, or a drop-in? Also if anyone has a good bug deflector for a Black Larime. Thanks for the help in advance.
Although I like my Bedrug very much and it serves my intended purposes very well, I suspect it may not be the best choice for someone who uses their truck for a lot of heavy work and where transporting a load of dirt is involved. Although Bedrug claims it will stand up to this kind of use, I imagine it would take a beating and be hard to clean. The OP has not said what he uses the bed of his truck for, and should consider it. In no case would I have a drop in liner, bed liners have advanced way beyond them.
I'm going to have Line-X (you can get a $25 off coupon by "liking" their Facebook page) do my spray in bed liner when my truck comes in. As for the tonneau cover, I'm going to order a BakFlip VP soon. I like the low profile look and the fact that you can't see the seams.
Just got mine rhino liner today for350 cash. Couldn't justify the extra 100 bucks for line-x. I've had both and will always go with the cheapest of those two
I never had Line-X, but I have had Rhino liner on my previous Ram and it performed very well, never had an issue. Based on my experience I too would opt for Rhino Liner again, especially if less expensive.
I have went with spray in on 2 trucks now, both were rhino lining and the first one was never used, look good for about 2 years that I owned it. The other rhino lining was used light - moderate and it is coming off on the tailgate. It really is not as durable as I would want it to be for the cost and their claims. GO LINE-X I have seen several and never one that is not holding up better than most of the rhino linings I have seen.
