Default Help needed

My a/c pulley bearings went yesterday so I picked up a shorter belt and bypassed it. We'll since I did that I have a new noise. It's a ticking, and seems like the motors struggling. It's an 02 ram 2500 5.9. Any help would be great

That ticking could be the tensioner. Take the belt off (probably wrong) and replace the a/c bearing.
