One minute I've got full fan on every speed, now nothing. I checked and replaced fuses. Have had electrical replaced on inside/passenger area, when that was an issue, had some speeds but not all. This just stopped one day that it was working fine. Just had clutch replaced (stick) so I am on a very tight budget, cannot afford to take it to shop. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Searched for issue like this, could not find. Sorry if not posting in right place.
My guess is one of the four plastic HVAC vent doors became brittle and failed at the limit pin. When that door that failed motor trys to operate it, it drops/closes, and the
ac or heat seems to not direct/work. Common problem and they want you to buy a new truck right now! Replacing the doors with Heatreater.net doors will last forever.

Thank you. In hindsight...20/20 haha I can recall a few times where I thought I smelled some kind of plastic or overheating in the cab. I'm guessing now that was possibly the blower motor failing. I do appreciate your response.
