I thought I saw someone put them in a while back, but not sure where. I know Advanced Automotive Concepts, a supporting vendor here carries them: http://www.ramforumz.com/showthread.php?t=37652
Here, I sometimes bang it with my knee though, I think I would put it up higher if I were to do it over again, but there was a plug for the pedal switches so I just used that.
I think it depends on which Wally World lights that you buy. I had a set of 55W lights that were about as bright as most fog/ driving lights that I've had, but just weren't bright enough for what I wanted. (I changed 'em out for KC daylighters on my bull bar).
I've been kicking around the idea of putting them back on, but behind the grill. I haven't decided yet, besides it's still too damn hot to be out there working on the truck....
Hey guys! first post. I just bought a set of the hella 500's to put behind the grill and also bought a set of 3000k HID's to put into them to work as fog lights. Still waiting for the HID's to show up. Should work pretty good!
Installing the lights were simple and straight forward, the wiring was a little more difficult especially when deciding where to put the switch, so i hid it in the cubby hole under the a/c controls.
