Not entirely sure exactly what kind of power loss you're talking about...

If you could elaborate a little more, it would be a bunch easier to take a stab at what is causing it.

Could be a ton of different things but if you could tell us a little bit more about what happens when you loose power, what it sounds like and if anything triggers it, etc.
