Bilstein 5100 adjustment question

I measured the front and rear of my truck and the front sits exactly 2 inches lower. I know the bilsteins go to 2.8, but Im assuming that I should put them at 2 even so the truck is level or does the weight of the engine push them down a tad so I should put them higher than 2? I read you can only adjust them during install so I want to make sure I get them right.

Yea I didnt know if there was a 'settling' of the shock, so if I truly want 2 inches, I need to put it at 2.1 or 2.5 or something. I know we are only talking a small amount, but didnt know why people were putting them at max 2.8 and not caring that its nose high, or if its something to where you can barely tell.
