I consistently see almost everyday a new thread of people asking for pictures of Rough Country Lifts on the 2009-2012 Rams with tire size, wheels, bilsteins etc. I know there are a lot of lift threads out there but it can be annoying having to search multiple threads to find a RCX lift on bilsteins. I thought it would be a good idea to start a thread with Rough Country Lifts. Hopefully this will help others wondering what size tires, bilsteins, etc to go with.

Rcx or zone?
Back in 2012 I had a 09 1500 with a 6" rcx on 5100s set to 2.8 and a 1.75" rear spacer on 37s. I loved the look. I'm looking to get another ram and do the same lift plus a 1.25 body lift. But I see rcx did away with the rear spring for a coil spacer instead. I'm don't want to do 2 coil spacers or get a bigger spacer. I'd rather have the lift spring and spacer. This time I was only going to go to 2.1 on the 5100s with a 1.5 rear spacer only because I snapped 2 cv's at 2.8.
Can I get the zone lift and do the 5100 and rear spacer on that lift to achieve the same suspension hight I had on my old truck?
For 37's get the Zone or BDS lift that is 6" front with optional rear 5" coils. Do not install the included front preload spacer to the struts, only the "top hat spacer" on top of the Bilstein 5100's set at 2.10. With these 5" rear coils you wont need the additional rear top spacer. Then you can add your body lift for even more height if you want and step up to 38's.
i have a 2015 4wd looking at the Rough Country 3 inch bolt on lift. Anyone have any experience with this? Any problems or is there a change in ride quality?
I've heard of people using the 6 inch RC lift preload spacers and bilsteins at 2.1. I just bought the 6 inch RC lift and was gonna do that. Should I Not?
Rough Country 6” lift with Rough Country 6” front struts instead of spacers, Fox 2.0 rear shocks, Fuel 20x10 Lethal w/ -18 offset (I think), BFG KO2 35x12.5 tires.
2014 Ram Sport with a 4" RC lift, 20x10 Rockstars with 35x13.5 Nitto Ridge Grapplers run by 3.92 gears. Paint matched Bushwacker flares. Rear bags inflated in first shot below.
