I use Adams on my wife's Mercedes and will on my 2014 Lone Star QC when I pick it up in San Antonio in a few months. Adams is premium priced and formulated for people who detail their own cars, not the pros who need bulk at wholesale prices and for whom time is money. The products complement each other. For example, their all-purpose cleaner is designed to clean the other Adams products out of applicators, etc. The car wash soap is somehow designed to prolong the Buttery Wax time-between waxings. Etc...

I use the:

Car wash soap - excellent suds with small amount
Brilliant glaze - excellent prep for the wax
Buttery wax - excellent, easy on and minimal buff off
Super VRT - superior product that makes rubber/vinyl trim look showroom. Use it before wax and wax will not adhere to the rubber/vinyl
Exterior detail spray - very good but I don't frankly notice the difference between it and other high end consumer sprays
Interior detailer - very good but it is not a shiny armor-all product. Supposedly dust repellent but our windows are always closed and it has a cabin filter so I can't say
All purpose cleaner - excellent, dilute with water for all but the worst gunk
Glass cleaning cloths- ingenious, rough on one side and super soft on the other. My wife uses them on glass in the house and swears by them too
Undercarriage spray - very good but the effect doesn't last long. If I still had my corvette and was putting it in club concours events I would keep buying it. Otherwise, not.
In-n-out spray - amazing especially on radiator hoses.

If you're skeptical try the stocking-stuffer size bottles and see what you think. Their web site always has specials too that will knock the price down. I know guys who throw in together on gallon sizes of certain products and it ends up no more expensive than Meguiar's that way. Their web site videos are very good too; the 2-bucket wash method one changed my behavior. And, everything they sell is made in America, even the boxes and tape they use for shipping. When Porter Cable started making an orbital polisher in China that Adam's sold, they dropped the product from their catalog.

I tried buying commercial/professional grade stuff when I lived in the People's Republic of Hawaii because of the hard water spotting, year-round bugs and exotic bird crap, and the continuous sun. Nothing doing - you would have thought I was trying to buy elephant tusks or something. I tried most everything out there, and Adam's worked best for me.

In summary, you can buy cheaper, it's not really meant for a guy making a living detailing, and I like some of their products more than others. But I like the customer service a lot, and when I'm done with my wife's car, it flat-out pops.

^^^^^^ this is an example of why there are so many product choices out there. There is truly something for everyone. Pay your money-take your chances. I think I'll stick with what the pro's use---I only got to keep one person happy with the results---ME.(and my wife and one nosey a*s neighbor that thinks he's an expert-- LOL)

I did take pictures but being that i hit my interior no less than once every 2 weeks they wont really show super vast improvements.

First impressions: The best way i can describe my feelings toward the product is I felt like a girl on prom night that finally did it for the first time. And by that I mean, all my friends and people i heard talk about told just how great it was but when it came down to it it was eh. Would i use it again yes, but at the same time would I go out of my way to purchase it, No. It had both positives and negatives and all and all i would consider it middle of the road as far as detailers go.

The smell, is what i would call a baby powder mix with a fresh linen car freshener smell which all in all leaves a nice fresh smell in the truck but at the same time isnt over powering. The finish is a very matte finish, but it might deepen the plastic a touch.

Here are a few before and afters; respectively

Console

Dash

Drivers Door

A few things i noticed is this is not very friendly to applying with an applicator, it responds best to being spayed on and wiped off directly with your towel. If you use a pad you must be quick or it will dry up and leave some streaking that is very hard to remove.

So to wrap it up and summarize my feelings, it would be slightly disappointed in the over all product as it just didnt hit that level i thought it should be at for the price it payed, but it also isnt the worst detailer i have used i guess i just expected more.

Here is a view of the full dash after, hope this helps someone in the future.

Thanks for the nice review and photos. I have not used Adams although I am familiar with the company.

Customer service is huge now. Before I started ordering products online I would just use whatever you can find at a store. Once I discovered the world of online detailing stores I found a few companies with half decent customer service. That is a big factor for me. Soaps and detail spray, since you use them so frequently I usually buy that stuff by the gallon anyways to avoid making multiple orders and to get free shipping. They have some youtube videos out as well about they're products. They are pretty good as well.

Good service to me is that the rep stops by your house and not only delivers the products to you but also "installs" them also.

I agree, that from a customer service stand point that i forgot to hit in my review they were phenomenal, like was mentioned already. I had confirmations and shipping links with in a few hours the shipping was very fast, and all around it was a good experience. Im glad that it works so great for some people here on the forum, i also appreciate all the feed back!
