Ok so it doesn't seem that this has been asked in a while or brought up in conversation but is there any update or news on tuning 2011 ram hemis just curious
Bummer, I guess the masses will all have to wait, while your the only one that can tune a 2011 yourself
Please dont take offense, but coming here and claiming to have 4 hours into 'cracking the code' is a bit outrageous. We have some of the best and brightest minds in this industry working on this, and it has taken some serious time to make it right.
If you got into that ECU in 4 hours, I have a job waiting for you. Shoot, you can work 4 hour days
A little proof would go a long way though, as it sits, we have to say 'no, you didn;t'
I think theyve been saying theyve cracked it for a while and that they are working on making sure their work is safe for consumers, getting it to communicate with no errors to the truck and to make so no one can just blatently copy their work (making their own encryption).
thats just what Ive picked up from cruising the DS forum
-they have gotten through the encryption
-they are making sure all the parameters they change are safe
-they are making sure that no one else can get through their encryption as well
I may try my luck at cracking the Chrysler Encription launch codes with my Nintendonator 64 and Atari 2600 pop-tart cart tonight! :thk: Or I may just get a beer and pretend I did, just wait this thread out...
Thats about the same as the dumbass saying the NOS decals and Veilside logos made his hatchback civic faster than a vette...
And i personally beleive they have it cracked and are fine tuning it, finding ways to patent what they've done and the best time to release for marketing reasons.
I am no expert like that dude that made that epic post earlier, but I know things are fishy when you start talking about tuning a modern vehicle with DOS..LMAO..:cowb:
..
Maybe once the PCM is connected you can type "CLS" and start the code from scratch..LMAO...
I just came across this thread. I pretty sure I know this guy 22Dasher from another forum. He says he's an Aerospace Engineer. lol He works in a factory making airplane parts. This guy doesn't have a degree in Engineering
This is an older thread, you may not receive a response, and could be reviving an old thread. Please consider creating a new thread.
