Easy day in the dodge on the bad highway roads today So glad I put the studded territories on this morning before I left. There was 3 cars in the ditch including an ambulance just in the 4 km stretch of highway I had to take. Going to do the tow hook mod to my sport in the next couple weeks. Just gotta make a couple L brackets since I bought my hooks used and they didn't have the brackets.
I am wondering if anyone knows, or if it is possible to boost the range on our shitty remote start fobs... or can you put an aftermarket one in there and use that?
Thanks!
Hope everyone is keeping safe and warm out there on this cold and snowy weekend
I get so tired of hearing that. Can a prius tow a trailer? no. So I bought a truck proclaimed to have better fuel milage than it puts out because I couldn't afford to buy a new truck to tow a trailer and a new car for fuel milage at the same time.
Oh yea I wouldn't trade it (well maybe if that diesel ram 1500 comes out good lol) But I still love my truck and these winter days I'm so glad to have it. But looking at 19L/100 on the economy guage in this weather, sucks.
i get around 14/15 and thats all city driving right now. well to work and home. If I get on the deerfoot or a decent span of road it drops pretty good too.
Yea 19 is with highway driving from Strathore to work in Calgary and back. Just finding the cold weather and probably the traffic idling when I get to the city to be killing it. Summer I average 15l/100.
Let's see, last full tank got me 120kms, but that did last me since July 5 when I pulled the engine. The tune has been ridiculously fat to the point that it carboned off the injectors. So I guess that gets me 95L/100km, beat that :gy:
