In my Ram I have maxed it out...whatever the gov limits are. In my Challenger....Well.... I hit 132 and have the proof saved in the performance pages in the car. Lol. Apparently it tops out at 155.
80s on the freeway. Not the vehicle for going super fast. It is fun, with the 3.94, to boot it from a stop, though. Fastest I've gone is ~135 in a BMW on a race track.
I end up driving across Massachusetts often. For a little state, people sure are in a hurry; even the center lane has an unofficial speed limit of 80MPH.
Quick off the line with the 3.92 gears, but takes a little longer to make it up to cruising speed than my lighter vehicles.
Got up to 90 once... I was trying to merge to the right coming up a ramp, into the fast lane of I-70. I guess the blond didn't want the ugly silver truck in front of her BMW?
I won. Don't think she ever saw a truck accelerate that fast before, she stayed way back off my bumper, from then on.
I had a Jeep Grand Cherokee and I would always "accidentally" go around 90mph. However, In my truck I keep accidentally hitting 100mph, I can't even tell I am going that fast. When I hit 105 I get nervous..... I can only use the excuse " Sorry officer, I just got this truck and am still learning it's capabilities!" one time!
