I've participated in a few threads on this issue (which has plagued my 2010 since new), but I've read that the various PCM flashes and even converter replacements haven't cured the issue.
Mine seems to come and go in waves. If I tow and I have the truck in tow/haul mode (which is every couple of weeks in the summer), I don't seem to notice the shudder when driving around in normal mode. It's as if the occasional trips in tow/haul mode cause the trans to learn its way out of the problem, so that when I go back to driving around in normal mode, I can't duplicate it no matter how hard I try.
Then, after a month or two of NOT using tow/haul occasionally, it seems like the transmission "re-learns" the issue and I start to get it again.
