For the steering wheel, I opened it up just now and found the small 2-wire blue plug just connected to a holder. I assume that's for the heat?

Now for the seat plugs - is there something I can look for to determine if it's prewired already? I snapped some pics of both just in case.

Thanks!!

Thinking back on the list of required heated steering wheel parts you will need the htd seat/wheel module for this as they are combined, It is as follows
MODULE-HEATED SEAT
Make: Dodge | Part#: 68058083AI
List Price: $70.10
Your Price: $50.46

As for the connector I have never seen one myself , Is this just before the clockspring?

The clock spring is a part that brings the wiring connection from the steering column to the steering wheel and allows you the ability to turn the wheel without tangling up the wires. You can find photo examples here https://www.google.com/search?q=cloc...Kicj6M_0CgM%3A

Not trying to hijack this thread but I need to get a hold of Benny.

That said

Hi Benny,

A bunch of us guys are working on a project and will need a few parts to pull this off. I want to know what kind of package deal you can offer us on the required parts.

68183973AB CONTROL-AC AND HEATER
68214892AB MOTOR-BLOWER WITH WHEEL
68214891AA HEATER-CAB
68087923AA WIRING-4 WAY

I know of at least a dozen or so members that would need these parts, and if this pans out which it looks very positive that it will this would be a pretty popular mod.

Please let me know asap

Thanks
Cptwing
