$1,000.00 is better then what i was quoted Heather,i had a quote of $1200.00.
You should PM Nick for his thoughts on tunes Heather.
Had mine up to Castrol last night in the heat, ran a 14.63 at 35C so i was pretty happy:smileup:
Are you up for a meet some week-end.
The LX guys are probably gonna meet at Timmies on 52nd tomorrow evening about 6:30/7:00'ish
I have Daves freebee Drag radials in my truck so i'll be going
It'll be good to see you,i'm hoping you make it out tomorrow evening.
The evening meets usually only go till about 8:00/8:30 at the latest.
Yea i pretty pleased with the way my truck ran in the heat, the 14.6 DA corrects to a 13.80 at 101 mph,so i came home with a big shit eating grin last night:smileup:
Check your email,i'll try to send you Nicks e-mail addy,or you can link to him off his thread here.
Nicks a straight shooter,he doesn't beat around the bush and i trust his opinion of the 2 differant e-mail tuners,so you might want to check with him:smileup:
I just installed my cab lights today. Just need to hard wire the power. I would like to wire them in to the auto lights so they turn on when my headlights turn on at night, any ideas on the wires? Should still be a red wire for the light dial correct?
Those cab lights are super cool! I've never seen flashing ones like that! Would be handy for the times you're pulled over helping someone out. I have a magnetic flashing amber light for when I have to help people out in the winter.
Hornet was that you in Kananskis this afternoon? I drove right by you hauling my trailer. Tried to wave but the douche in the minivan in front of me was riding his brakes....
What are you gonna do with all that free time for the next week or so.
The new truck looks like it hauls the TT pretty good.
Considering we were above 7200 ft,i figured you were moving at a pretty good clip with it on the back.
Was the old Grizzly bear still on the side of the road a couple clics farther along.
My wife was right in her glory when she got to video the old guy eating alongside the road.
Quite the temperature change up top though, down at the Casino it was 31C up on the ridge it was 19C (86F and 65F,for youse guys south of the border)
after dodge fixed my manifold (i still had to pay for labour...) im driving along and i hear this weird sound..
the idiots forgot to put the bolts back into the wheel well guards which then made them rub on my tires, I had to pull over on Stoney to ziptie it so it stopped rubbing. God damnit I hate eastside, what a bunch of morons..
Varsity was good to me. Took mine in yesterday for an oil change. But they noted that my tranny lines are leaking. I took a look and sure enough they are. Shouldn't that be covered under warranty?
Well varsity has it booked in for Friday, the girl on the phone is pretty sure the lines are warrantied on my extended warranty. But I guess I'll find out Friday. If not I'll get new ones made.
