Awright,i hope they do them under warrenty,as the lines aren't cheap.
If it's nice out i'll be there Saturday,it'll be good to see you again.
I'm trying to talk the wife into going over for the cruise on Friday night:smileup:
Varsity fixed them under warranty today All good to go. Varsity has been a stellar dealership so far. I'm sure eastside would have either dug in their heels or screwed up my tranny lines or failed to get them done in time.
I'll have to do some re-arranging to make a Wed night trip up at to Castrol, but usually i can.
Let me know if you plan on hitting the track when you're up there
Heather we're gonna have to drag you up to Castrol soon.
The first pass will get you hooked
How is the header install going, did you get both headers wrapped yet?
CCMR will have their dyno at the Airdrie car show on Aug 8th.
You can usually set it up to have Chris tune your toy.
You just need to give him a heads up first.
I have his phone number for anybody who does want a bit of tweaking, bring your tuner though.
Otherwise him and Dale will give you a dyno output reading for $120.00.
You get your AFR numbers/hp/torque etc. for the $120.00 fee
Just a heads up, usually when CCMR is at the Airdrie show he doesn't have time to do any tuning as the line up to get on can be quite long unless you are one of the first ones up. But it never hurts to ask.
If you give him a call,he'll usually set up a time Dave.
But you're right,it'll be real early.
I called him to do a little tweaking on mine at Olds, that's why i was the first guy in the line, lol
He actually had me booked for 8:30,but they got caught in construction,so he was almost an hour late getting there
How about that storm!? ill need to check today to see if the Ram took anymore hail damage, had a little from the last one but im sure this one is worse...
Out here we haven't had much at all.
A little bit of rain yesterday and today, but not really all that much, and the winds haven't been like what the city has had.
Strathmore was supposed to get hit today,so i hope Heather got her toys under cover
Down here all we got was rain, yesterday the wind was unreal though.
Today when I got home around 5 it was still dry until after 6, then just rain
a bit on the heavy side but no hail so far.
We had some good sized hail at work, I ran out and grabbed my truck and put it in the shop. She still got some dents though, just a couple minor ones on the body but the black roof mouldings took a bit of a beating. Not worth making an insurance claim over.
Bad weekend for the show n shines. There was supposed to be one a grey eagle too. I have a headlight full of water.... again.... so that's today's rainy day project
I ran into Ray yesterday Heather,we both thought we should have one meet this year.
So if anybody is interested in a Saturday meet some week-end before the snow flies, pick a Saturday:smileup:
Here's hoping there's some interest in a meet Kurtis:smileup:.
The Edmonton guys seem to have a meet every night, and us southeners are hard pressed to put together one meet a year, lol.
I'm hopefully going back up to Castrol again next friday,it'd be nice if we could get a couple trucks together for the trip up.
If anybody wants to tag along,i usually try to leave Airdrie no later then 3:30.
