Default P0305 code

This code keeps coming up after clearing it. So started looking into it today. Had just changed the plugs not that long ago.
Pulled the plug and it looked good.
Then put an old spark plug into the #5 wire to make sure I had a consistent spark which I did.
Grabbed my mechanics stethoscope to listen the fuel injector, could hear it opening and closing. Also disconnected the wires going to it to make sure.

Only thing I can think of is pulling the injector to see if it is plugged or no to little fuel is getting through

and ideas? thanks
