Be careful with these numbers
Because this one is wrong maybe there are others
Oil pan drain plug--------------------------------------------------------------------------60 ft lbs
Have checked multiple places and the pan is 25ft lbs

I always just hand tighten oil pan plugs with a wrench until they are snug; I torque stuff that moves or bears weight like wheel lugs. I've seen a few stripped out oil pans from shops using air tools on the plugs
