From what I know, for someone to use the factory fog switch on a truck that did not come with the fog light option it is more than just a switch. I don't know all the logistics. But I know we had a customer in yesterday that bought the switch off of mopar and hooked it all up and was upset that it did not work and my tech explained that he needed this and that to make it work.
Ya, I've read that the truck does need the code added for the factory fog lights in order to make the switch work. I'm not sure if anything else would be required though, haven't looked into it enough. I'd be happy if that's all it took. If I do add fogs I'd definitely want the factory switch.
I have a 2001 with an 8" lift on it
the shocks look old and beat up pretty good
thinking of updating them but not sure what to get
dont want to go to expensive but do want stuff that is gonna blow out right way
any suggestions people
ya its 4x4. rides kind of rough. can feel all the bumps and everything but i dont mind. rode fine with the lift and no tires but the tires made the difference in ride quality
Any one running bilstiens at max on an 06-08 with 35's, 12.5 wide, and how much offset on the rims.. Looking for the tire to stick out around 1.5inch past the body.
Or if someone could direct me to a post.. So many pages of awesomeness.
