the headlight connectors are know to have issues. to fix it remove the headlight, remove the red or white connector lock from the connector (if you look right at the front of the connector you can't miss it) to access the lock tabs. take a pick and gently pry down on a small plastic connector lock tab and pull the wire out of the connector. on the sides of the metal pin are little holes with a piece of metal in it. take your pick and push down and in on each side to force the pin to make a tighter connection. reinstall wires and lock tab, good to go.
sounds complicated but its not. look at the pin you'll see it's gaping. close it up.
