I used Don Davis Chrysler, Jeep, Ram in Arlington TX. This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased there. Not a complaint one. I have not had to deal with the service department in many yrs but after a short stop in to ask a few questions yesterday I feel there will be no problems. Good to be back at a good dealership..see bad dealership thread for the worst one to date.

Bought my truck from Jones in Savannah, TN. Small town dealer but huge truck selection. In and out faster than any other car purchase I've made, and they gave me an excellent deal.

Default Acton CDJR in Acton Massachusetts

I have had several great experiences with the folks at Acton CDJR. Just recently bought my second vehicle from them in 2 years, a 2013 Durango was first and now my 2015 Hemi Laramie 1500.

In fact 3 other friends/family have bought from them as well in the same 2 years. All report having an exceptional dealership experience.

In one case they offered to drive a new Dodge Journey to my elderly parents house [abt. 30 miles from dealership] so they could look at it, kick the tires and see if it was something they might be interested in. Who does that anymore?

This is the type of dealership everyone hopes for...no pressure, no gimmicks, no bull...just friendly, knowledgeable, straight forward, honest and fair. From sales to service this group of folks has integrity.

You could run up to Dave Smith in Idaho. They usually have pretty low prices that you can only find at a few volume dealerships

Sumter CDJR in Sumter, SC has a great service department. Took my truck in for a whine coming from the engine and in less than 2 hours I had a new idler pulley installed and out the door. They actually apologized that it took so long.
