Default Nessie needs help!

Ok y'all, I need some help here. Nessie and I aren't getting along as well as I hoped when I bought her. She is an 87 D100 with the 3.7 slant six. Turns over and starts just fine. Idles fine. Until she gets warm, that is. Once she gets warm, bogs down and dies. I thought it was the carburetor, so I rebuilt it. No dice. Still the same problem. I tried everything I can think of. I'm out of ideas. Hoping one of y'all can help. Anything is appreciated.
Thanks!
Belle

Check that the choke is adjusted and fully opening when it's warmed up.

Also check the fuel line routing as it sounds like it could be vapor lock too.
