Just bought a 2011 outdoorsman with the HEMI! Not sure if i have issues or if all the trannys are like this. I have a few issues.
- everyday on the way home i climb a hill then yield and turn onto a flat road . when i slack off to turn and then acceleratre on the flat surface , the tranny doesnt knock it self down it stays in the gear she was in while driving then all of a sudden she kicks down a gear and burns the tires, very annoying.
- while driving on flat rd at about 2000 rpm i could be at the speed i want to be and then slack off, the tranny in my ford would then drop to idle, this thing just keeps going the same has if i had my foot ont he gas.
Overall im not impressed with how the tranny handles the power of the hemi and low speeds, anyone else have issues??
