Default Low idle and stalling

I have a 2002 dodge ram 1500 and it woulnt start one day so we boosted it and it started but wouldnt idle and would stall immidiatly. The only way to keep it on was giving it gas. I beleive it has something to do with the throttle cable it might be loose or stretched but im not certain.

I am having the same problem with my 2002 ram 1500. It has an erratic idle at start up. It will stall sometimes, especially when your sitting at a stop light. I've changed the IAC, Throttle position sensor, cleaned the throttle body etc etc. Did you get any feedback on the problem your having?
