Yes, it looks like something has been done to the front as the gap between the tire and fender is too big for a stock truck. I do remember seeing a 2011 RAM (20" wheels) at the dealership I frequent that looked much more level than my 2011 Outdoorsman does and it had nothing done to it - I checked myself and even questioned the owner. So it seems that there is some variation from the factory which is kind of puzzling given that the spec's should be the same for all factory trucks.
