Mine came from the dealer with the Mopar leveling kit. Even with it (I am not sure what size it is, would guess 1 1/2 or 2 ") the front of my truck is 2" lower than the rear. I am not sure if I can use 5100's with what I have, or if I have to take out the kit.....

I went to install my Bilsteins and when I removed the 1st strut it had this 1 inch alumimum spacer on the top.. threw me for a loop, was installed during production, was wondering if it was a mild lift? not sure, I have the sport crew 4x4. I set my Bilsteins at 1.4 setting and truck sits level, all 4 corners are at 39 inches, from ground to fender lip.
