Install was pretty easy hardest part was putting the bolts in the headers. As the pipes run over themselves. My truck only had 30000 miles on it when i put them on so i reused the stock gasket because they were metal and the supplied gaskets were paper. If your gaskets are shot i would get some stock ones from a dealer or try to find metal ones they hold better than a paper gasket. On the car i had before i replaced 4 sets of paper gaskets on the headers before i got the metal one after that never had to touch a bolt on them again.

a 3/8 and a 9/16 racheting wrench are a great tools to have for this install. If i would have reminbered we had a set at the garage it would have cut down my time....haha i didn't remember until two days later when i went over all the bolts to do the final tightening of the collector and header bolts.

Not that i know of but i would like to get my dsp custom tunned to it. The best part of the whole deal was the gain of low end torque!

you know how it is kind of sloppy out of the hole but then at 3000rpm it wakes up. after the headers it pulls you in the seat a little bit harder than it did before.

the bbk wasn't suppossed to work with a 4x4, and the others you had to cut, plus heddman has a good reputation.
